We operate in 8 countries and 11 cities across the EMEA region and I head the Sales and Partnership divisions for UK & Ireland. My duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, tactics and action plans. I am responsible for achieving annual targets, building long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders whilst leading my direct reports and supporting teams cross-functionally and regionally (incl. sales, marketing, finance, operations and global recruitment).

Focussed on expansion of the business, creating and implementing an efficient operational strategy and sourcing and securing of new development opportunities such as Al Fattan's Dream Palm Residence project on the Palm Jumeirah. Responsible for P&L and delivering the annual budget. Represented Lannhill at conferences, panel debates and various industry events and exhibitions. Grew the company from 23 to 60 staff during my time with the business. Maintained regular contact with government authorities, Dubai Land Department, industry stakeholders and influencers.

Started as a Business Development Manager, later promoted to Senior Account Manager and Head of Key Accounts, generating around 85% of the sales revenues for our core market. All members of my team were on target and together averaged 109% to their sales target. During my time with the business, our client base increased by 134%. Main responsibilities were to lead, manage and coach a successful team of Key Account Managers as well as to grow our client base and deliver the highest market penetration of customers and stock. Reported on KPI’s, data management and overall performance trends. Also signed and managed prestigious international key clients and stakeholders such as Knight Frank, JLL, Sotheby’s, Savills, Cluttons, Chestertons etc.

Responsible for agent sales on the private side and sold high school and university preparation courses toward the MENA region, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE. Sourced new business opportunities and secured relationships between the schools across the UK, US and Europe, the students and the business. Travelled frequently to perform sales training for all UK school staff in London, Cambridge, Oxford, Bristol, Brighton and Bournemouth.

Although born in Sweden, I have had the opportunity to live, work and study in 8 different countries and on 3 different continents. These experiences have exposed me to many different cultures and values, whilst helping me develop a global mindset. I am passionate about sales and I get energy from building and nurturing clients relationships, whilst working together to solve problems. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do this everyday in my role at LinkedIn.

I am passionate about sports and have played football for 11 years. This experience taught me about teamwork and how we can achieve so much more when working together toward a common goal - whether in a professional, sports or personal environment. We carry eachother and win together.
