Nadia was born and raised in the beautiful island of Sardinia in Italy. After a tumultuous upbringing in a restrictive religious community, Nadia escaped to Milan at age 18 to get her Masters Degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy and Management from IULM. Thanks to a generous scholarship, hard work and ambition Nadia made it top of her class starting her business career in sales in a french start-up. In 2009 Nadia joined Google in Dublin, an event that changed the course of her life for ever. Today she is still with the company responsible for leading a team in charge of sales strategy & business development for AI, Data & Tech services. Nadia is also Google's AI Evangelist. In her 15 years of corporate life Nadia has always been spearheading transformative multicultural global programs across multiple disciplines including D&I as well as being mentor and sponsor for underrepresented groups and young talents. In addition to her corporate talents, Nadia is a thoughtful and effective executive coach with certification from Erickson Coaching member of International Coaching Federation. Passionate about uplifting others through inspiring content, Nadia is an effective speaker, TedX as well Podcast Host and Producer of 99 Humans: a multimedia platform centered on humanizing leadership across industries with an active and thriving podcast! In 2022, Nadia got inspired to use her fire in service of a larger mission to transform lives and corporations by kindling hearts. She gave birth to Spark Your Zeal, an uplifting brand, a platform and a movement with the mission to transform lives and corporations by kindling hearth to generate zeal for life. By inspiring and showing people how to bring the fire back into their life and work Nadia teaches how turning obstacles into the fuel that achieves a richer internal and external bottom line bringing spiritual and corporate in once. On the personal front Nadia has two daughters (Lavinia & Olimpia) and lives in Manhattan, New York with her life Partner Fabio.
