1.Business and Strategic Planning
•Formulating strategic marketing plan and communication the plan with the local marketing team
•Lead and execute the tactical and operational plan and  marketing strategies and plans  
 • contributes to pricing and promotional strategy•Suggest new forms, strength or pack for the assigned products and suggestion of new products in relation with therapeutic class of the assigned products
2.Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis:
•Market analysis, competitive landscape analysis, market trend analysis, sales analysis, Product forecasting per SKU and per country  •Manage medical marketing A&P budget •Monitor and track the ROI of various activities
3.  Education
•Develop and provide appropriate and necessary product information, competitive landscape, medical support, product profile and necessary training to sales/medical representative.
•Ensure country teams working with latest brand support materials and product manuals.
 4.Communication
•Develop effective working relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry to gain product and corporate support •Sponsorship of pediatric related events and represent the company in trade shows, expos, conferences, conventions, and industry meetings •Develop Consumer awareness campaigns…i.e. asthma, nutrition….etc
5. Promotional tactics
•Manage and execute several concurrent marketing, promotion and product initiatives such as marketing resources, product launches, and the creation and presentation of sales training materials  •Responsible for the development, tracking and testing of ideas and engagement strategies of relevant brand experiences,

Global Brand Portfolio Manager

Managing wound and scar management products (MEBO & MEBO Scar which are exclusively brands for JULPHAR) previously managing  Dermatological Franchise including more than 15brand names in the segments of skin diseases.
oDeveloping and Executing Marketing plans for new & existing products:
-Ensuring uniform branding & positioning, monitor and take remedial action on key findings about brand & competition – Developing qualitative aspects of Marketing plans on new & existing products
-Customized preparation of promotional tools for different markets (International markets) for different types of customers
-The products are marketed  in more than 30 markets 
- Complete external and internal analysis, environmental scanning for the products under responsibility.
