●	Synthesis of several pure compound from DHPM, Coumarin, and Chalcone derivatives, completed in around 1 month
●	Operated Rotary Evaporator, Microplate Reader and UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Oven Vacuum, pH Meter also taught to operate Fourier Transform InfraRed (FTIR) Spectrophotometer and other analytical instruments
●	Do Molecular Docking studies on more than 3900 compounds using DOCK6, completed in 3 days
●	Investigate reaction mechanism pathway of Baeyer Villiger and Diels-Alder

- Participated at Microbiology Practicum Lesson for One Semester That Conducted by Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology
- There are 10 practicum in total that I have learned and done, as in :
1) Introduction to equipment and sterilization technique using Laminar Air Flow, Autoclave and disinfectant
2) Get to know different types of media and how to make them, there are synthetic media and natural media 
3) Do the aseptic technique for inoculation of growth using streak, spread, and pour plate method
4) Isolation and cultivation of microorganisms which is separation of microorganisms outside the environment aims to obtain bacterial cultures that are no longer mixed with other
5) Observe a bacterial colonies to recognize and understand the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of bacterial colonies
6) Carried out gram stain on microbes using crystal violet, Lugol's iodine, and alcohol
7) Quantitatively counting microbes using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method and calculating cell biomass using the turbidimetric method
8) Study the dynamics of bacterial growth by constructing a bacterial growth curve
9) perform bacterial physiological tests and bacterial identification. These tests include the coagulase test, catalase, nitrite test, oxidase test, indole test, urea hydrolysis, starch hydrolysis, sulfide hydrolysis test, citrate use test, and blood hemolysis test.
10) Perform water microbiological test procedures, determine the Most Probable Number (MPN) value of coliforms and coli bacteria in water samples, isolate Escherichia coli bacteria and pathogenic bacteria from water samples

Microbiology Practicum

Graduated from Airlangga University majoring in Chemistry, with a GPA of 3.78/4.0
Familiar with UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Microplate Reader, Turbidimeter, Centrifuge, Rotary Evaporator, Vacuum Oven, pH meter, Laminar Air Flow and Autoclave, I also know how to read data analysis results from GCMS, and NMR. I learned about these skills through 5 months internship, undergraduate final project, and lectures.
Excellent and certified in QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, ISO 17025: 2017, GLP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and Data analysis using MySQL. 
Excellent and have knowledge in laboratory management and method validation, create standard curve for method validation, able to use Ms. Excel for significance test (t Test) and f Test, ANOVA, Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve, and so on. I have the character of a hard worker, responsible, problem solver and fast learner.  Interested in science and data processing
