They got a constructive challenger on board, and I get a close-up on female entrepreneurs on a mission to help parents give their children a better start with better nutrition.

Delivering a new strategy together with the board and driving organizational change at kindergarten in response to the pandemic and volatile marked conditions post-Brexit. As a board director, I have been operationally involved in general management and re-organization to navigate challenges related to financing, HR, and operations.

✔️Responsible for internal and managerial communications, PR, web and crisis communications. Worked closely with the VP Corporate Communications in Wilhelmsen to drive value & identity-based communications in the WSS network.
✔️Delivered communications training for managers, enabling them to build and protect the corporate DNA, employer brand and external reputation across regions. 
✔️Provided leadership in messaging and communications strategizing together with top management on several M&A/re-structure projects. 
✔️Change communication lead for global ERP upgrade, working alongside Accenture, using their change management method to drive employee engagement.
✔️Initiated Maritime Experts, a thought leadership/PR program which increased coverage in the premium trade media from zero to 35-40 stories annually.
