- Complete Debt Collection actions with high accuracy and persistent follow up
- Debt recovery of USD$8 Million 
 -Performing 30+ outbound calls to aviation companies for the collection of outstanding debts
- Reconcile payments and invoices according to records in SAP
- Ensure all customer actions performed are documented & validated in Salesforce
- Build and manage the relationship with large customer accounts
- Explanation of underlying debts and disputes to quicken the collection process
- Escalate any unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team
- Update contacts appropriately in Salesforce for successful future follow-up
