•	Implement a sustainability strategy & roadmap that includes the followings
•	Responsibility on Environment and chemical management in the supply chain factory for the retailer and customer.
•	Analysis Supply Chain risk and initiate sustainable Development.
•	Playing role as a project leader and coordinator (Apprise Audit & Cotton Transparency)
•	Maintain the liaison with BD & India business colleagues
•	Good knowledge on factory onboarding process based on customer and company requirement
•	Look after the third-party social compliance audit validity and tracking the system as well  
•	Conduct internal audit and pre-audit for the standard audit (BSCI, SEDEX etc.) platform and customer specific before place any customer or third-party audit
•	Up-To-Date and provide refresh training to the supplier on any new customer Coc and our sop’s & expectations periodically.
•	keep on eyes on safety issues as per the RSC/Accord, Alliance/Nirapon in the supply chain factories
•	Playing role as a project leader and coordinator (Apprise Audit & Cotton Transparency)
•	Maintain the liaison with BD & India business colleagues
•	Investigation visits and spot check in the factory based on necessity.
•	CAP Remediation support to the supplier
•	Support team for Wal Mart George technical and security audit
•	Analyze the performance of supplier and prepare report to send the senior management
•	Follow up on compliance and ITX system software for the supplier to know their current active and deactivate status
•	Support the team in Triangle & Licensor business.
•	Coordinate CSR program (SIWI- Stockholm International Water Institute).
•	Support supplier on product safety certification Oeko Tex, BCI, GOTS, GRS etc.

Role & Responsibility :
Auditor 
•	Performed onsite Higg. Index Environment verification, Social Compliance & C-TPAT audit/assessment.
•	Giving support to the supplier & individuals to fulfill Higg Index requirements in SAC platform.
•	Engage with Different kind of Remediation program 
•	Perform Equivalency audit based on WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX,  & WCA etc. and brands repot (GSV, SCS, FCCA, BW, Amazon, WAL-MART, NEXT, Cartar’s, Gymboree, KHOL’s, Vf-FFC, PVH etc.)
•	Conduct Shadow Audit (25+) of third-party auditor (BV, UL & Elevate)
•	Perform Spot Check & Investigation Audit based on incident or accident
•	Review 3P CAP, closely work with factory to remediate CAP issues & Coordinate CAP development for key customer (Gymboree / Target USA)
•	Collaboration with Electrical and Fire Safety team for the development of total Safety Compliance of  enlisted factories.
•	Communicate and work closely with relevant colleagues in assigned countries.
•	Liaise with business teams, keep them up to date with Supply chain compliance status.
•	Pre-Assessment conducted as per customer requirement.

Role as a Trainer 

•	Conduct Training on Environment Sustainability, Social Dialogue, & Capacity Building.
•	Coordinate and developing training modules, scheduling and Follow-up of factory and prepare report (KPI).
•       Assist is Social Dialogue project planning, programming and budgeting. 

Looking Care of CSR Projects-
•	Take care of HER Health, Finance,and Respects projects for the factory worker.
•	Coordinate with relevant parties for smooth running of the projects
•	Conduct Survey in the factory and prepare KPI Report for the required parties periodically.
•	Attend and hosted different buying group meeting and seminar

Senior Auditor

•	Role as a Lead & member auditor in the audit team and conducting Social Compliance, C-TPAT audit in different checklist. 
•	Attaining daily activities (Team management, maintaining lead time on reporting, attaining client’s requirements as appropriate).
•      Maintain cooperation with the team as required.
