In my last role as a Project Manager, my role was to develop and implement new projects that could help my company expand its portfolio and generate more revenue. To achieve this, I leveraged my analytical skills and expertise in acquisition analysis, which enabled me to evaluate potential deals, conduct due diligence, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients and partners. In addition to this, I was responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, where I presented the value proposition and benefits of our services and solutions. To enhance my skills and knowledge in business administration and management, I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Indiana Institute of Technology. This program has helped me strengthen my emotional intelligence and leadership abilities, essential for creating a positive work environment and motivating my team. I have also obtained multiple certifications from the Project Management Institute, demonstrating my proficiency and competency in project management, business process analysis, and risk management. These skills have been honed during my six years of management experience in various roles and industries. In these roles, I have consistently motivated my teams, assessed risks and outcomes, and facilitated risk reviews and audits.
