I am a passionate HR and OD professional with cross functional expertise in Program Management, Entrepreneurship, Fund raising, Donor management and Training & Development in Non Profit sector. Highly skilled in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Design, Community Engagement, Strategic Leadership, and Team Leadership. After Completing my bachelors in Civil engineering from Gobind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, I joined non profit organization and gained direct hands-on experience at grassroots and later became an HR practitioner. I got the exposure to work on the model of collaboration between developed and developing nations as part of Disha program under the guidance of the then British Prime Minister David Cameron's office in London. Thereafter I also attended training on Leadership for Scaling Up by College of Leadership Sciences, University of San Diego, California.
