Professional Services Consultant

As a consultant on the Developer Success team, I strongly focus on providing our clients with top-quality support and customized solutions. This includes answering questions and providing guidance on customization projects, taking on escalated support cases, and working closely with our partners to ensure smooth project delivery. In addition to these responsibilities, I am also dedicated to enabling customization for our clients by creating and improving resources such as tutorials, how-tos, and webinars. My work on the Developer Success team is structured and organized using agile development methodologies, including Kanban boards and story points.

- Pioneer and streamline an outsource project with our third-party service providers with more transparency and traceability.

Operation Expert

- Part of the expansion development team for Swappie’s production site in Estonia. Tasks include hiring, training, setup, managing, and coordinating with Swappie Helsinki office KPIs. Grew the team from 0 to 100 employees by the end of April/2021.
- Trained and led the most well-rounded and high-performing workers in the Repair Department.
- Being interim team lead for Repair Department on multiple occasions.
- Developed and implemented new tools/dashboards/reports from Google Sheets, Google App Script, JavaScript, BigQueries, SQL, PowerBI, etc to enhance accuracy and efficiency across OPS departments:
    — An auto-generated email report system for coaches in OPS to closely monitor workers’ performance stats on a daily and weekly basis.
    — A new data structure and scanning tools for Outbound OPS for both Helsinki and Tallinn for more accurate information and easy tracking parcels.
    — New digital tools that Customer Service specialists used to reduce the wait time for data communication by 10 minutes and workload by 50 percent.
    — An input tool for QC specialists to enhance their efficiency and avoid the problems of too many people accessing the same source.
    — A new streamline program and digital tools that cut down the working time from 20 minutes to 5 minutes, and increased the efficiency and accuracy 2 times in both Inbound and Repair warehouses.
    — Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for team leads and department leads.

- Supported the creation, implementation, and coordination of the work-from-home protocol for the Repair department during Covid-19 to ensure the production flow.
