My role at Nearpeer has been multi-dimensional and ever-evolving. It has been summarised below:

1. Program Development FSc and O/A Levels:
With a team of Program Managers and Creative Associates, strategized and developed the Online Programs of FSc and O/A Levels at Nearpeer. We hired and trained 30+ instructors to deliver in a way that inculcates curiosity and passion for learning.

2. Lecture Content Production:
We devised a protocol to produce highly engaging video lecture content through the use of various A/V aid. With a team of 8, led the content production process for FSc and O/A Levels. Today, these are run as the flagship programs of Nearpeer, partnering with World Bank and Federal Board of Education. 

3. Marketing Video Production:
With a team of 5 Video Production Associates, directed the production of 150+ independent videos for Nearpeer. Leading end-to-end process i.e. ideation, scripting, direction, shooting, and editing. The videos include themes for marketing campaigns, brand awareness, CSR campaigns, motivational talks, interview series, partnerships, and special day videos.

4. Public Relations:
With a team of content writers, led several written public relations campaigns for Nearpeer.

5. Copywriting: 
Engaged in the copywriting of multiple digital marketing campaigns of Nearpeer, for its socials. This also includes writing for social media captions, writing PR posts, supervising blog writing, writing text for the Mobile Application, and providing write-up for the Company Profile etc.

6. Miscellaneous Projects: 
worked on several in-house and external collaborative projects of Nearpeer e.g managing live sessions with the team, leading the CERP MOOC Tip Tech Tool project, comanaging the Eye on Ivy project, Interactive CSS Training at Universities and the like.
