I was part of the senior management pre-opening team in the second Bioskin Spa Branch in Doha, I am responsible of the skin care department which is the most important of three departments (Skin care, body care and hair care)

Within my responsibilities of managing, training and meeting targets, my best achievements were breaking the all time high target set for a department, twice.
In 2021, in Ramadan, my department's monthly target was 600.000 QAR. where together we were able to close 700,000 QAR within those 30 days set. And in 2022, we repeated the feat again by closing 750,000 QAR in Ramadan to break my personal best achieved the year before.

I enjoy and love my career and what I bring to the table, to name a few responsibilities include:

1. Responsible of a team that carries out therapeutic sessions, develops their skills
and abilities, and motivates them to perform at their best.
2. Follow up on the client’s treatment sessions and update the types of sessions
according to the client’s needs to get a better result.
3. Considering the client's opinions and her satisfaction with the services to develop
and update the quality of services with the international trainer.
4. Coordination with the sales manager to achieve the sales numbers required for the
department and to treat it in the event of its inability.
5. Set out the best marketing practices based on customer feedback
6. Cross sell the other 2 departments to increase sales turnover and achieve targets
7. Train my team on new and existing machines
8. Onboard new team members
9. Provide my team with a motivated and positive environment to maintain high productivity especially with team bonding activities and smart breaks.
10. Plan new department product launches and camapaigns

To use my knowledge of cosmetics and skin care products to assist customers with finding the best products and services to meet their skin care needs.

I also was responsible to be the main representative of company and its products within all trade shows, expos, events and influencer campaign.
