-       Exceeded portfolio quality goals managing $70M business loan portfolio, while advancing key technology improvements and overseeing a team of 3 collections agents.

-	Provided technical support to 13 MMS business units and recommended business process solutions leveraging MMS features and third-party API integrations. 
-	Directed the technical onboarding of a business unit with 12 different lending organizations as stakeholders: wrote business requirements, coordinated third-party API integrations, conducted UAT, and led in-person new user training.  
-	Led an executive team designing and implementing a loan product for returning customers.
-	Served as subject matter expert on loan decisioning models.
-      Continued to underwrite small business loans and mentored incoming underwriters.

Risk Analyst & MMS Product Manager

-	Evaluated credit reports, collateral documentation, and financial statements to make credit decisions on 30-40 loan applications per month requesting amounts up to $250K.
-	Prioritized a smooth customer experience for prospective borrowers by collaborating thoughtfully with 11 loan processors to gather missing documents and information from applicants.
