Some of the accomplishments I’m proud of include: * Leading supplier inventory management across operations teams, saving 3,600 man-hours per month. * Automating the flow of $3B in annual revenue from global web-shops to fulfilment centres through a B2B SaaS platform. * Filing for a patent for a revolutionary process in hearing aid registration, reducing clinical errors through continuous observation and feedback. * Redesigning the hearing aid feedback manager by collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, audiologists, compliance, and UX designers after conducting clinical user interviews and data analysis. * Simplifying complex hardware control configurations for hearing aids, resulting in five user-friendly options based on patient data and clinician input. * Developing a paediatric tablet prototype for gathering lifestyle data from children, successfully validated by parents and clinicians.
