With 30 years of meditation practice and 10 years of teaching experience, I have taught over thousands of students how to practice daily meditation and implement the universal laws in their lives.

🧘‍♀️Healing trauma isn't passive. You have to work towards moving forward and finding an adapted path in life

💫You need to move your body
This can be in any way that you find enjoyable.
Whether it's by yourself or as part of a group activity, moving your body creates endorphins and brightens your mood. Bonus points if you can do it outside to get some fresh air at the same time

💫You need therapy
Consultation or journaling are also great ways to help you understand what happened to you. You can then integrate trauma in your life rather than letting it take over

💫Your need to feel your emotions
Sadness, anger, fear and depression are all valid emotions. Mediation, mindful exercise, somatic therapy and breath work are a few examples of exercises you can use to help tap into any hidden feelings you might be experiencing

Are you a victim of burnout? 

To prevent it from happening, you must
- recognize your limitations
- take deep breaths when you feel your tension and anxiety rapidly rising
- reevaluate your perspective of the situation.
- empathize other, putting yourself in the other person’s shoes.

The key solution lies in tapping into your emotional intelligence.

Emotional self-awareness, allows us:
- to understand the sources of our frustration or anxiety
- to improves our ability to consider different responses
- to allows us to stay calm, control impulses, and
- to act appropriately when faced with stress.

- our family and friends
- our physical health

- our surrounding we live in

through the combination of our feelings, thoughts and emotions 🌎

♥️ If you are not happy with the effects you have created, then you must change the causes that created them in the first place

You can change your energy frequency by
✅ smiling often
✅ practicing thankfulness 
✅ giving yourself love & compassion
✅ forgiving yourselves and others 
✅ meditating or praying on regular basis
