With over 10 years of experience in product and engineering, I am passionate about creating impactful solutions that address real-world problems. I have a track record of delivering results that look like 10x revenue, 3x engagement, or 0-1 products/features in various domains, such as fintech, social impact, and productivity. Most recently, I managed XanPay, a payments product in the highly competitive and fast-growing market of APAC. XanPay was part of XanPool, a fintech startup in Singapore, with a vision of bridging the crypto and payments spaces. In this role, I coordinates efforts across the company, interfacing with the leadership and with tech, support, compliance, sales and marketing to prioritize efforts, and turn ideas into reality. My playbook consists of three core principles: I own, I strategize, and I scaffold. I own means that I fix what's broken and act on my convictions despite doubts and fears. I strategize means that I create Plan A and Plan B, acknowledging what I know and what I don't. I form hypotheses, test them, and iterate for continuous improvement. I scaffold means that I lead by supporting others to experiment and thrive. I believe in the inherent worth of every individual, deserving attention and affirmation. I am always eager to learn new things, challenge myself, and make a positive difference. I have studied and worked in four countries: US, France, Singapore, and India. I have a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University. I am also a mom to a wonderful daughter, who inspires me every day.
