I am an analytics expert, thought leader and have a strong record of building data driven organizations from the ground up. In my current role as an Engagement Manager, I manage and mentor a team of professionals that provides reporting and analytics solutions enabling a leading healthcare payer organization through its digital transformation. I partner with business units such as Marketing, Underwriting, Finance, Claims and Provider Network Management serving solutions across various platforms such as Cognos, SAS and Tableau. Prior to this role, I have held leadership positions in the industry driving the use of data and analytics through the enterprise. I have experience in all aspects of building and managing a data and analytics organization including ETL, data delivery, reporting and advanced analytics. In my roles as a hands on analyst, I have created and deployed innovative solutions to business challenges through statistical modeling and other analytics techniques. My educational background includes a Masters in Economics with a Minor in Statistics. With an interdisciplinary education covering economics, statistics and computer programming, I am well poised to contribute to the consumer behavior, pricing and value based models that are evolving with more data and computing. I continue to invest in learning and have recently obtained certifications in cloud computing (Azure) and data visualization (Tableau).
