With over 10 years of academic and training experience, I am passionate about empowering students and professionals with effective training and coaching in soft skills and personality development. I am currently an Industrial Placement Officer at Barnet and Southgate College, where I liaise with work experience providers and college staff to set up, monitor, and maintain appropriate work placements for students. I also ensure that students are adequately prepared for work experience through taught input and assessment. In addition, I am the co-founder of _am_power, a training and coaching company that imparts communication, interpersonal skills, workplace readiness, behavioral and personality development training. I collaborate with corporate and institutional clients to design and deliver customized training sessions, workshops, seminars, and lectures. I am also a certified NLP practitioner and a published author of multiple anthologies and stories. I enjoy writing and sharing my insights on various platforms.
