Based on experiences of 30 years in the corporate sector, I continue to work as a research consultant and use these real-life examples to enable others on their respective career journeys. In my professional stint, I have worked with brands like Airtel Business, Ooredoo Business, Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline, Cadbury's, LG Electronics, Bata, Vistara airlines etc. providing consumer insights for communication, positioning of their brands and go to market strategies. With over 8 years as a soft skills and career planning faculty, I have worked with over 250 students each year across management institutes, coached and written resumes and LinkedIn profiles for over 60 senior professionals, and continue to coach young and middle level professionals on job search services, career planning and preparation, decision making, self-discovery for better career fit and transition etc. I am also a published author and creative writer and use these skills to train on communication skills and personal branding or identity. I write regularly for Liquid Magazine (6 issues), ghostwrite books for coaches (ongoing) and am a content writer for startups (ongoing). I am also a copy editor, helping authors create high quality work.
