The Civility Sisters will address the need to heal the toxic organization and to develop dignity and respect in the current workplace environment. The Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication focuses on training to diversity and international communication issues and behaviors.  Fellows act as trainer support interns as part of a large and diverse international team during the annual and intensive 5 week Summer Institute.  Duties include observation of participant-member interactions and adjustment of behavior and curriculum according to participant needs.  Mentoring is provided by the head trainers to all intern-fellows.

I left this position after being subjected to salary manipulation; excessive over-time with lack of support; resource removal; bait-and-switch tactics and retaliation.  I was blacklisted for 9 years after leaving this position, but still managed to earn a PhD in organizational psychology during this same period.  This position was the reason for my research into abuse at work.
