I was entrusted with the management of a portfolio within Ooredoo's business that generated a significant portion of our B2B revenue, accounting for over 40%. Through my strategic planning,  executed various FIFA initiatives that yielded positive outcomes, including the creation of new product offerings, CAPEX savings, and a 25% increase in revenue. My aptitude for problem-solving allowed me to take the lead on network transformation initiatives for public education institutions in Qatar and update our "Network and Unified Communications" portfolio with relevant product offerings.

As a blue ocean strategist guided Ooredoo's SDWAN and NFV strategy, supporting the transition from legacy network services to managed network services (NaaS). My versatility in both project and people management was demonstrated in my ability to lead a team of around 50 experts in the development of new products and initiatives.

INNOVATION
 Lead the winning team for Battlefield Hackathon Challenge 2018 . Convinced panel of internal and external judges with an idea that will generate annual revenue of 30 Million QAR from the untapped SME market of Qatar. 
 Leveraged Ooredoo strength in fixed network and used it to conquer new revenue streams in the field of video broadcast and content delivery. Architected niche solutions for multiple global sporting events in Qatar.
 Created a digital signage solution utilizing cloud technology ensuring perfectly agile with faster TTM (Time-to-Market) and a PAYG (pay as you grow) business model. Product saw an intake of 220 endpoints in the first year with TCV of 2Mn in addition to pull through revenue of Internet Leased Lines and Managed LAN services.
 Designed and closed the first deal of “Public Cloud Connect” service that will drive a new revenue stream under Ooredoo Fixed product portfolio enabling enterprises in Qatar to confidently adopt public cloud strategies using Amazon, Microsoft and other CSPs.
