Here's a bit about me and how I can help you ➡️ After very serious burnout, with ( pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression and every symptom you can imagine) I not only learnt how to heal myself with education, knowledge and personal experience, but have also helped hundreds of others to achieve optimal health. ➡️ I adore animals and helping them, Organising a small donation charity, through a trusted vet, helping people with necessary medical bills for their animals. ➡️ Entering the health and fitness industry after a serious car accident, I’ve learnt and experienced how to manage and release chronic pain over 28 years, helping others to do the same. ➡️ After owning a gym and complete wellbeing centre, having previously worked in the corporate world and recruitment industry for 4 years, and 3 decades in the health and fitness industries, I have a unique combination of skills creating and developing workplace wellbeing programs that actually work. No fruit baskets and weekly yoga sessions! Actual strategies that work to ensure organisations and their teams are the most productive, engaged, focused, creative, and purposeful they can be.
