YW boutique is a social enterprise and employment/entrepreneurial training program for women. It is a  bricks and clicks store selling new and used fashion accessories gives women experiencing barriers to financial stability the opportunity to gain employment skills and develop their own business.

It also helped me gain proficiency in MS Teams. Lastly, I loved the mix of creativity and structure in this position.

This position let me know that I had the necessary communication, training, and organizational skills to be in a supervisor position, and is aligned with my interests in taking on a managerial role in the future.
