SheerID

• Created, Implemented and optimized internal cross-functional partnership processes at SheerID.
• Amplified the global reputation of SheerID and promoted the value of verification in the UK eCommerce ecosystem through strategic networking and event participation.
• Pushed an internal strategy to develop agency relationships then built a out a program to empower agencies in independently launching and managing SheerID solutions with the support of clients services and marketing teams.

Strategic Partner Manager

Wezen

In charge of creating our partnership programme from scratch including the offering and marketing expectations. Launching Wezen in the UK and growing the partner network with a focus on eCommerce Agencies that specialise in compatible technologies. Regularly attending relevant events online and offline to maintain our presence in the UK eCommerce ecosystem. Partaking in Webinars about translation with a focus on Machine transition and Technology.

Merchants and Partnership manager

Customer Liaison and training - The introduction and onboarding of the customer and their teams to the product. Supporting the client in the implementation of workflows and content cycles. Regular catch ups and and project development conversations with the client. Maintaining relationships.
Project Management - liaising with different translation agency teams and large clients in the Luxury industries to ensure efficient translation processes with exceptional quality translations. Product development and User research - Implemented the User Research Strategy and the focus of user insights to guide product development.

Customer Success Manager

Reason

During my time at Reason, I helped take them from a small young design company to a level playing field with the top agencies in London. I was central to increasing the team from 10 to 32 people and managed a full office move and redesign bringing it in on budget. I established all their HR systems and processes for onboarding; established excellent benefits packages and a strong pension offering. I dealt with project monitoring keeping projects in line with profit goals. I was paramount to sustaining a good culture and high morale within the teams organising all social events and wider networking events for Reason. I moved into Project Management and also managed the development of three products for Reason at this time. Creating good client relationships throughout and being requested to be in the next phase. The projects were for a global client and consisted of rolling out to several global territories, training these territories on the new products for a successful launch. These products are now being used around the world and have considerably increased in lead capture for the client.

Project Manager

Resource management – I was tasked with ensuring all briefs were dispatched according to the designer/developer’s skills and strengths. I ensured all work was delivered promptly to the relevant client.
Team management – I Implemented a brand new induction process and package and ensured all new team members felt welcomed throughout the joining process and beyond. I supported difficult situations and conversations being the bridge to upper management and enabled good commiunication. I strongly believe ideas can come from anywhere and encoraged everyone to be open and listen to all in the room.
Maintaining All Office Contracts – I was the central point for all contracts Reason had with external partners. This included managing all digital partners, invoicing and maintaining the budget for all digital tools and managing all licence keys and equipment logs. I also maintained all fire safety and health and Safety for the company with bi-annual drills and regular risk assessments. 
Organising events – I organised all social events (including annual summer and Christmas parties) and wider networking events. I encouraged staff members to contribute and celebrated their winning ideas. I started a Reason alumni group so we could maintain excellent connections with previous members of staff.
User testing and research – I assisted the UX designer in the test iteration phases of our projects, building questionnaires, recruiting test territories, taking dictation during tests and analysing the data to provide best recommendations to the client on how to move forward, often challenging our initial assumptions.
