RECENT - Created a workflow digital twin, SOP ecosystem and workflow navigator software for the Oxygen Hub organization (part of the Institute for Transformative Technologies) related to medical oxygen plants. - Flipped a second apartment in the center of Bucharest. REAL ESTATE - Flipped two apartments in Bucharest. OIL & GAS SERVICES - Managed equipment: shale shakers, decanting centrifuges, hydrocyclones, vertical dryers, dewatering equipment, automatic tank cleaning, oil sludge resuspension equipment. - Performed systems' global optimization, equipment testing (protocol writing, and execution), maintenance, troubleshooting, surveys and installation. - Given training related to the above technologies. - Planning, GANTT charts PROJECTS - 2005. Participated in the creation of a 5 years waste management plan for a national oil company. I performed the rig surveys, the process optimization, and the writing of the plan report in a website format that received the M-I SWACO President's Award. - 2006. Part of the team writing the user manual for a high capacity hydrogen sulfide separation rig (13 modules of 20-foot size containers). - 2007-2013. Coordinated the cleaning of large tanks (100,000-m3 volume) using sludge resuspension technology, in power plants, refineries and tank farms in France, Italy, Romania, Cyprus. - 2011. Wrote the Standard Operating Procedures for the cleaning of large oil tanks by sludge resuspension technology - see above. - 2015. Wrote user manuals and created a SOP environment for liquid mud plants and bulk cement plants for a client in UAE. - 2021. Created a SOP ecosystem for the Oxygen Hub organization (part of the Institute for Transformative Technologies) related to medical oxygen plants. HOBBY PROGRAMMING (VBA, Borland Delphi, C#) - Created settings optimization algorithms (general processes). They can be PLC implemented for custom equipment. - Created a software user interface for Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work Instructions. This is a training instrument, an execution assistant for manually and semi-automatically controlled processes and a tool to validate work procedures. The engine works under interactive process flow diagrams (through graph navigation- and pathfinding-) and automatic flowchart reading. The user interface can evolve to a Six Sigma tool. - Created various productivity tools in Microsoft VBA, in Excel, Word and Visio, e.g. daily reporting database, automatic reading of pdf vector P&IDs, flowchart tools, machine learning, etc.
