- Project and investment plan development from customer’s need evaluation to internal board approval, financial model development
- Building creative and win-win business models and conducting complex and long-running negotiations at operational and corporate levels. Drafting of Heads of Agreements and Contracts
- Project presentation to Decision Boards and project reporting to Executive Level
