I coach young corporate leaders to empower their voice and present impactfully within 90 days using my DISM model.
As a communication and presentation coach, I coach through one on one coaching young leaders to not only elevate their mindset but also their confidence to speak effectively and present with impact.

My programs on Communication Excellence, Presenting with Impact, Public Speaking, Think beyond, Laughter Yoga, Corporate Readiness have impacted many employees in the corporate world.
I have also conducted short programs at various B schools which have impacted the students.

As a Career Growth Specialist, my mission is to coach young corporate leaders to empower their voice, present impactfully, to create personal brand and achieve career success.

While I was an introvert during my school days, I was made fun at and felt really nervous to speak on stage. Yet I did not realise how important it was to be confident to speak in public. 

It was only when I was in the 13th grade that I did my public speaking course and mentored which brought a sudden transformation in my personality.

From there on there was no looking back, though my confidence was shattered in one of my corporate stints. Learning the lessons from there I worked hard to regain my confidence and was back speaking and conducting training in the organisation.

A Learning and Development professional with 28 years Corporate experience and a certified NLP practitioner from ANLP, Goa. My core competencies are in areas of HR - Training and Development, Talent Induction, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement. I helped in branding the HR Dept. of my company through newsletters highlighting the various initiatives undertaken by HR and this was an initiative which was never undertaken in the company.

However, transformation again happened when I was in the HR Learning & Development assignment of my company. I got various opportunities to speak and train 1000 plus employees, right from Front Line Managers to the Senior Management. 

This gave a boost to my confidence and changed my outlook. 

Therefore, as corporate professionals one needs to speak confidently, present impactfully. 

As humans, we work like machines doing mundane work and as meetings take away of our time, there is really no time to think creatively and do work differently. Think creatively and work differently. 

Training interventions undertaken by me are Communication Excellence, Presentation for Impact, Think Beyond, Emotional Intelligence, Igniting mind for success, Culture Building workshops, Employee On Boarding.

It’s not just about looking confident — it’s about feeling at ease and being relaxed.

3️⃣ Sit or stand tall.
Before you say a single word, your posture speaks for you. 55% of our communication is non-verbal.

Straighten your back. Own your space. That’s where confidence begins.

Try these before your next meeting or presentation. You’ll be surprised how quickly people notice the shift — and more importantly, how you start feeling the difference.

There was a time when weekends felt like a blur.
Saturday mornings were for unfinished emails.
Sundays were for planning the “next big week.”

And before I knew it, Monday arrived — again.
Tired mind. Half-full heart.

Then one day, I asked myself a simple question —
“What if weekends could be more than recovery time?”

That question changed everything.

Now, my weekends have a beautiful rhythm:
🧠 𝐀 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: I listen to a podcast, watch a meaningful talk, or read a few pages of a good book. It’s not about achievement anymore… it’s about curiosity and growth.

🙏 𝐀 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 time: a sacred space for reflection, gratitude, and connecting with higher energy. It helps me reset my thoughts and begin the new week with calm and clarity.

❤️ 𝐀 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲: long breakfasts, laughter, walks, and sometimes just being together in silence. Those moments fill my heart in ways words can’t express.

Learning fuels my mind.
Satsang nourishes my soul.
Family fills my heart.

And together, they make me feel alive — every single weekend.

So this weekend, try this simple formula:
✨ Learn a little.
✨ Pray a little.
✨ Love a lot.
✨ Live fully.
