Demand Gen Lead - AWS Marketplace

Leading and managing the business development for the Digital Platforms division within Datacom Group.
This involved the following:
- Managing end-to-end sales cycle with new and existing customers
- Negotiation of sales deals
- Government Bids - RFI and RFP
- Building confidence in customers around Datacom's capability in product delivery 
- Driving Professional Services revenue 
- Supporting procurement teams at governmental organizations
- Building out sales materials to support the new monday.com practice. 

Achievements:
Updated the monday.com partner page to drive more organic lead growth (https://datacom.com/nz/en/about-us/partners/monday-com) 
Progressed deals on high value government clients, including local councils and government agencies like Ministry of Education.
Created structure within the new monday.com practice by building out new sales materials and strategies. 
Supported customer events from organizing to initiation

Business Development Manager - Digital Platforms

Helping Toyota New Zealand build a new PMO Solution as part of their digital transformation. This involved building the following:
- RAAID Register 
- Project, Program, and Portfolio Plan/schedule 
- Project financials for 5 years, rolling up into a program and portfolio view 
- Status reports
- Vendor collaboration space 
- Jira integration for high level EPIC tracking 
- Optimizing the project, program, and portfolio request handling process 
- Creating automation recipes to eliminate NVAs

PMO Functional Consultant

Teradata

Working with Singapore enterprise and commercial accounts in helping them to turn data into their greatest asset. 

Main Responsibilities:
• Prospect and penetrate large commercial and enterprise accounts by initiating business conversations 
• Identify business needs, priorities, and challenges and showcase where Teradata can support the data strategy. 
• Deliver Teradata’s unique portfolio of solution, products and services to VP and C-Suites. 
• Build a strong opportunity pipeline and achieve weekly and quarterly targets. 
• Serve both as a trusted advisor and specialised consultant 
• Establish trust and confidence with external stakeholders, including customers, prospects and partners.

Accomplishments:
- Hit yearly target by Q3, and exceeded targets by 135%, generating a pipeline of over $4M USD
- Named as best performing employee in the APAC Pre- Sales Team

Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Development (SEA Region)

FarmIQ Systems Ltd

Fixed term project, helping with the redesign of FARMIQ's software on-boarding using an Agile approach (using the Scrum method). My role involved gathering user requirements, developing acceptance criteria, wire-framing, and developing a low & medium-fidelity prototype - using sketches and AdobeXD. The business benefits from this project included - reduced customer churn, fewer support queries, and increased user satisfaction.
