I am Natalie Fong, the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Wesurance. As a firm believer in the transformative power of technology and the importance of accessibility, I have committed myself to revolutionising the insurance industry alongside my teammate Eddie Chang. Our journey began in Hong Kong in 2017, and by 2020 we had the opportunity to expand our reach to the UK. It's been an incredible journey, one filled with learning and growth, and I am grateful for each step along the way. My vision for Wesurance is simple – to create an app-based platform that would make insurance services easier to understand and more accessible to everyone. Witnessing this vision come to life and seeing the impact it has had on our customers' lives has been both a humbling and rewarding experience. Understanding the pivotal role of trust in our industry, I backed the development of Wesurance 360. This platform is designed to empower brokers and their agents, serving as a daily reminder that fostering a trusting relationship between an agent and customer is central to our mission. As the COO of Wesurance, my focus is to ensure our operations align with our values of human connection, trust, and offering reassurance during challenging times. I view my role not just as a leader but as a part of a collective effort, continuously learning and evolving to better serve our customers.
