Internal comms is tough when the employee is "literally on top of a wind turbine" 😮

Frontline or “deskless” workers make up 80% of the global workforce across industries like manufacturing, retail, healthcare, construction, energy, hospitality, & agriculture. 

Most frontliners don’t have work computers.

Many don’t have cell service on the job. 

Throw in language barriers, information delays

And it’s no surprise that only 15% feel engaged at work.

That’s bad for frontline people, bad for comms people, & bad for business.
