Impact Hubs in more than 85 cities provide a home and capacity support to entrepreneurs focused on changing their communities and the world.  I joined Impact Hub as Africa Lead to support the Africa Seed Program (which is an incubation program for entrepreneurial teams across Africa interested in starting Impact Hubs in their cities) and am now Head of Business Development for Impact Hub in Africa focused on developing partnerships across the continent.   Prior to the inaugural Africa Seed Program there was one Impact Hub in Africa and now there are 8 approved Impact Hub teams in various stages of launching and operations with half dozen in the candidate stage of applying to the network.

Natalie is co-Founder of XRGlobal, a first-to-market offline and online virtual and augmented reality learning and training platform built for upskilling emerging market youth and workforce. She was selected as both a She Loves Tech Africa finalist and Women in Web3 nominee for the WOMEN IN TECH®- Global Movement AFRICA Awards in 2023 and nominated as FOUNDER OF THE YEAR in South Africa for the Southern Africa Startup Awards 2024.
