okay so I've been OBSESSED with Gen Z agencies lately and honestly? they're about to change everything.


like I've been deep diving into this space and the ecosystem is literally exploding right now.

you've got full-service powerhouses like The Z Link, NinetyEight, and VYTAL who are doing insane work. then there's specialized players - Influencer Marketing Factory crushing TikTok/YouTube, Playkit doing subscription content differently, Viviene NY leading sustainable marketing.

and don't even get me started on campus marketing 😅 Campus Trendsetters, Home from College, Her Campus Media - they're all tapping into that $574B Gen Z spending power.

here's what clicked for me though: a lot of these agencies are run BY Gen Z FOR Gen Z. they understand platforms natively. they create authentic content. they HAVE the insights.


honestly that's what I've been building with GenZtea too - it started as just me but it's evolved into this community-led agency model. like being a solo founder but having an entire generation co-create with you? that's the power of doing this FOR our generation.

my hot take? traditional agencies either acquire Gen Z agencies or become irrelevant. like the old "youth marketing" playbook is literally dead.

even entertainment giants like UTA are building Next Gen divisions. brands are desperately seeking Gen Z expertise. This isn't just a trend - it's a complete shift.

The AI Hackathon is officially happening at Posh this Monday, and I am OVERWHELMED with gratitude!! 🎉

Plot twist - we're now at almost 300 SIGN UPS without ANY promotion. Like WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE and why do you trust a girl who was venue-less 48 hours ago?? 

The LinkedIn community absolutely DELIVERED - I had multiple gorgeous venues reach out offering to host us (truly felt like God's provision in real time 🥹). 

But POSH felt like the perfect fit for our AI agent army!

BTW - if you want to host ANY type of event at your office, slide into my DMs! I'm definitely planning more hackathons and would love to collaborate.

This whole experience showed me that when you trust God's timing, even the impossible becomes possible. When builders want to build together, HE makes the way!! 💫
