Natalie’s passion is helping businesses find the “sweet spot” for their digital marketing and to help “tame” the technology required to realize it. Natalie’s experience is expansive and includes applications development, infrastructure and hosted/managed services, and sales automation across a multitude of industries, corporate and government. Natalie has been responsible for developing technology products, strategies and roadmaps, including a role as the lead consultant for Australia’s largest IT company. As well as managing portfolios of projects, contracts and vendors, with values often exceeding $100M and with a high public profile. Since before 2000, when she founded her first business, Natalie has been directly responsible for helping C-suite companies with digital transformation including building in-house marketing capability to reduce the dependency on agencies. As a certified Digital Marketer Trainer, Natalie ensures the team is well trained and setup to win. Natalie not only helps develop a strong sales and marketing strategy, but is instrumental in overseeing the execution of this strategy including project management and accountability. For the last eight years, Natalie has been investing and scaling online businesses via Community Channel Marketing (CCM): their trademarked process of building online loyal communities.
