Lead and direct HR team to deliver a comprehensive and effective HR service to the business. Employee relations guidance to all line managers. Performance Management, coaching line managers on performance management issues and process, ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline, Implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.Support with the identification of training and development needs across the organisation.
Monitor and manage manufacturer training programmes and Managing HR budget. Responsible for advising and minimising all elements of risk in terms of people within the business.

Head of Human Resources

Reporting to Head of People and Change, 7 sites across Scotland, 500 colleagues 

Point of contact with all HR queries and support to the 7 sites across Scotland with guidance and advice, Monitor and review all HR policies in line with current legislation and best practise, Manage colleague and line manager relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing expectations, Manage and support all disciplinary and grievance issues, Managing holiday process and reporting and responsible for colleague satisfaction, Develop HR team - HR Advisor, HR Administrator, Recruitment Advisor and Health and Safety co-ordinators.

Group Senior HR Advisor

Reporting to HR Director, 5 sites across Scotland, 300 colleagues 

Point of contact with all HR queries and support to the 5 dealerships across Scotland with guidance and advice, Monitor and review all HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice. promptly responding to queries and managing expectations, Manage and support all disciplinary and grievance issues, Managing holiday and absence process and reporting, deliver company induction for all newstarters across the business.

Group HR Advisor

Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd

Reporting to Personnel & Training Manager - 1 site, 350 colleagues

Responsible for Recruitment and selection of new colleagues,
Controlling labour costs in line with budget, line manager coaching and development, Advise and guidance to line managers on all people issues, Support and advise in all disciplinary and grievance meetings, day to day HR support to store, disciplinary and appeals.Responsible for development and coordination of full HR team.
