I'm an IT HR Specialist. Since January 2021 I am part of the HR team at Etnetera Core. In my role, I focus on talent identification, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, taking care of the entire recruitment and onboarding process and exit process. I work with managers to provide an appropriate recruitment strategy, prepare and post job offers and work with the ATS system. I also act as an HR partner. I am responsible for talent management, employee performance management and supporting the development of a team culture. Together with team leaders, I try to create an environment where employees feel motivated, engaged and satisfied. My role also involves being involved in HR marketing, working with the marketing team. We cooperate to promote the company. I am also involved in internal HR projects and attend employment fairs. I follow industry trends and news, and have an interest in AI.
