Currently seeking Permanent/Contract and temp employment. office Manager /Receptionist/Team Assistant is preferred. Having started in retail to then go onto working as a receptionist, I found it a great experience to meeting new people and making a difference to everyone’s day. I was a receptionist for a few years in different industries, from Media to working in the Financial field. I then yearned for more, wanted more responsibilities and gratefully landed a fantastic position as an Office Manager on a Maternity Cover contract. This was a great start for me and without doubt I absolutely loved it. I am a great peoples person (meaning I am the lynchpin/mother hen of the office) I enjoy keeping everything working like clockwork and looking after people’s daily needs. I’m there to be organised, always there to figure things out and to have a solution. I love that being an Office Manager is an all rounder role, you definitely have to enjoy looking after people and care enough to enjoy this kind of role. I love that not everyday is the same, I have learnt that you can’t make everyone happy, but I will always try my best to do so.
