With an obsession with entrepreneurship I grew my role at Hampers With Bite from Customer Service to General Manager of Marketing and Sales, allowing me to build a high performing team while utlising my skills in marketing, ecommerce, and business. In my first year at Hampers with Bite I was able to utilize different marketing strategies to contribute to the company's annual turnover of $2 million online. In recent years, I led and built a team of marketers to aid in the growth of the business, whereby it was acquired by a publicly listed business for $28 million. During this time, I started Snacks with Bite, an office subscription service. Only months after its launch the pandemic hit, and with offices shutting worldwide it definitely put a lot of pressure on the business to hibernate or pivot. During that time I had to be extremely agile, pivot the entire strategy and eventually grew and sold it as a $1 million business. In recent times, I have launched my business Outperform Online, which is a marketing and coaching agency dedicated to E-Commerce businesses looking to scale their team, processes and marketing profitably. Passionate about supporting people in the workplace and business owners, I launched a podcast 'The WIBS' with co-host Penny, to provide practical real advice to leaders, employees and employers on how to navigate the workplace, e-commerce trends and automation hacks learnt along the way.
