I founded Product Pursuits to help early stage and venture backed startups build great products and create impact. My focus is on making companies become product-led, through product strategy, customer and product discovery, ongoing experimentation, launching and scaling.

AccelIQ Digital is a digital transformation firm focusing on innovation and disruption within legacy industries. As a Head of Product, I led the discovery, strategy, and development of a marketplace that connects enterprise clients to startups, utilizing AI/ML to solve critical corporate problems in a lean and cost-efficient manner.

Outfitch

Co-foundered a sustainable e-commerce marketplace that offered curated outfit suggestions for second-hand women fashion. Conducted customer discovery and research based on 30+ potential users, and focusing on 2 buyer personas. Developed a clickable prototype in Figma used for customer, sales, and investor pitches. Spearheaded the MVP, defined the scope, and led development teams. Oversaw a GTM strategy that resulted in six new partnerships.

RedBend Software (Harman) was a leader in mobile and car technology, audio innovations, design, analytics, cloud services, and IoT. As a Group Growth PM, I oversaw product changes leading to better customer base growth and retention, improving the onboarding process, and creating more value for the users. I lead a product marketing team of GTM strategy for Samsung dual-persona Galaxy phone launch in 5+ Asia-Pacific countries and led the Product side of a $140M RedBend Software M&A deal with IBM.

As a Product Manager for SAP SaaS applications, I managed a team 6 to launch an internal Travel Management and Sustainability add-on with a carbon emission calculator. Improved SAP customer-partner interaction from partner-only to customer direct; and architected the development of a new SaaS product overseeing facilitation of the data migration process. That placed me in top 1%of SAP employees globally for 2 years in a row.

✨ There’s a generational economic opportunity in AI and women are missing out
"I host an AI podcast and 91% of my listeners are men. That’s not just a stat, it’s an economic loss when women aren’t in the AI conversation." Just think about it for a second!

The adoption gap between men and women in AI is 10–40%. That’s not just a skill gap, it’s an economic gap.

✨ This is the era of hard skills

Soft skills remain important, but the future belongs to PMs who can touch the work, understand the tech, and build.

✨ We already have what it takes

Product leaders are uniquely equipped to articulate value and drive outcomes, and have skills that translate directly into the AI-powered age.
