There are three things I need to do exceptionally well to ensure the growth of Conteur:
 - Support and mentor our PR team to deliver, and measure, consistently standout results for clients
 - Oversee excellent client relations 
 - Collaborate with our amazing Bus Dev team to develop innovative, creative proposals and guide new PR clients through our onboarding and strategy phase.

Account Director

As Operations Manager/Account Director I will act as the 'control tower' for Conteur. l will assist the team with implementing a growth focused strategic plan, being responsible for making sure projects are completed on time and on budget while ensuring our expected level of work quality and client satisfaction. There will be three focus areas to my role; Team, Clients and Company. From workflow to business pitching, and recruitment and resources, I will strive to ensure the team at Conteur can deliver their best work to clients, and help sustain Conteur's growth and maturity.

PR Account Director/Operations Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at Conteur, my role is to work closely with the clients we support, maintaining positive relationships and providing a quality PR service, aligned with their business objectives.

As the name Conteur (French for Storyteller) suggests, we are passionate about telling our clients' stories, as creatively and cost effectively as possible. We offer a range of services in house, including PR, Video, Digital and Design.

Senior Account Manager

We are a small, efficient team providing PR and communication support to clients across the country. A range of services are offered including Marketing, Public Relations, Video Production, Graphic and Website Design & Management, Social Media Management, Media Training and Digital Marketing.

Our team specialise in the sectors of Healthcare, Social Care, Housing and Property.

PR Account Manager

Sanctuary Housing Services

Sanctuary Group is a leading national housing and care provider.  The Group is a not-for-profit organisation and reinvest their surplus income into improving services, maintaining homes, providing additional housing, and investing into communities.

My senior role enabled me to take a more strategic approach to PR for the Group. Specialising in Housing I created, executed and analysed PR strategies and campaigns for my business area.

A key responsibility was to develop and maintain relationships with the media and stakeholders, researching areas of interest for these individuals across the UK and increasing opportunities for features and case studies. 

I produced informative and valuable content for online platforms, improving the visibility of our website and social media feeds to residents and stakeholders.

Sitting within a team of PR professionals, with management responsibilities, we were able to implement our strategies to ensure key messages for the Group were communicated to our target audience.

Senior PR Officer

To maintain an excellent brand reputation for Sanctuary Group, and provide marketing and PR support for Sanctuary Housing Services Limited. Working with area housing managers across the UK, I proactively searched for positive PR stories, to ensure maximum media coverage for the Group.

PR Officer

Worcestershire County Council

Within this role I provided marketing and communications support to the Children's Services directorate, promoting services to the public, stakeholders, trade media, and internally to staff. 

Managing my own marketing campaigns I used a number of strategies including online and offline advertising, web development, social media, and PR.

Examples of campaigns that I launched and managed were starting school admissions, promoting breastfeeding and recruitment into the childcare industry. 

I also led on brand development for children's centres in Worcestershire, conducting market research with target audiences and being highly involved with design teams to create a brand that was targeted and effective.

Working with design and print agencies, I produced cost effective material for customers including reports, newsletters, conference material and leaflets.

Marketing and Communications Officer - Children's Services

Assisting the Marketing Manager, my tasks included proof reading, creating content and liaising with design and print agencies. I was responsible for a monthly newsletter and gained valuable experience in working to deadlines.

Project Assistant

I am a public relations specialist with over fifteen years experience in marketing and PR.

My experience has now led me to take on a more 'operational' role for Worcester based Conteur, who provide PR, Video, Design and Digital services. As the name Conteur (French for Storyteller) suggests,  we are passionate about telling our clients' stories, as creatively and cost effectively as possible.

Taking on a new role within the business, I am excited to be able to help Conteur grow, ensuring that clients' business needs are fulfilled, and that all processes run effectively for the team. Ultimately, providing a kick ass creative comms service across all areas of the business.
