•	Hands-on sourcing, screenings, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
•	Meeting and succeeding my personal performance metrics, while devoting time to develop my team of recruiters 
•	Head a team of 8+ recruiters in sourcing strategies, screening processes, and developing a plan of success for each of them
•	Lead my team to exceed 500+ annual placements within skilled trades utilizing our ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, job fairs, referrals, and various marketing strategies
•	Serve as subject matter expert for any recruiter questions or project deadlines
•	Co-Chair in multiple committees within my organization
•	Set clear objectives and goals for my recruiting team dependent upon our current business needs
•	Conduct daily meetings to evaluate recruiter’s performance, as well as partner with them to drive their results 
•	Participate in monthly regional and divisional conference calls to discuss company policy updates and how to implement new procedures in the field 
•	Partner with Managers to evaluate recruiter’s performance and strategize to maximize results 
•	Developed several successful sales territories through prospecting, cold calling, and conducting value proposition meetings
•	Facilitate a Sales Readiness Program to further the development of recruiters looking for career advancement within Aerotek 
•	Service clients’ needs by seeking to understand their business needs, and becoming a true partner in their business

Account Manager (Recruiting Manager)

As a recruiter, it is my job to figure out what skills, passions and experiences you bring to the table to ultimately find you a job that works for you. Aerotek is a leading recruiting and staffing provider, specializing in technical, professional and industrial recruiting and staffing services.

Every day responsibilities consist of: 

Review client needs and job responsibilities, research market to locate desired talent pool, source strategically through our proprietary database to narrow the search results and find the most qualified candidates for our open positions
Frequently attend job fairs, networking events, and system utilization search trainings to extend my sourcing capability
Conduct in-person interviews, check professional references, arrange interview times and prepare candidates for interviews
Placed upwards of 200+ candidates within 70 customers and 5 divisions. Specializing in a fast paced, ramp style recruiting environment
Cross recruited in Financial Services, Energy, Contract Engineering, Industiral and Environmental Engineering, Construction, Mining, and Health Care.
Qualify a minimum of 35 contractors a week to find their goals, skills, and interests
Conduct 15-20 in-person interviews and reference checks each week on each potential candidate
Averaging 5 starts a week for Non-technical placements 
Servicing current contractors while on assignment to ensure industry leading retention rates
Meet with current and prospective clients to discuss requirement information for their current business needs and develop a staffing solution that adds value to their current hiring process
