In this role, Nate is responsible for leading the API creation and Modernization Strategy for ADP's largest payroll engine, paying 1 in 7 Americans. He is responsible for initiatives focused on customer experience improvement, cost reduction, and new revenue creation across business units. Nate also oversees and aligns the Product Managers' work with development teams across 3 continents for the Payroll Services' portfolio. Before this, Nate was a Senior Product Manager on ADP Health Compliance, responsible for creating and managing enterprise solutions for companies to manage all aspects of compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Prior to being a Product Manager, Nate was in Sales for Small Business Services at ADP. In that role, he sold products and solutions to clients in the Small Business, Major Accounts, and National Accounts markets. Nate is also the Music Director of the award-winning Morris Music Men Chorus based in Chatham, NJ. He oversaw the transformation of the chorus from less than a dozen members to 50+ active members and thriving in the community, doing 25+ performances a year for thousands of audience members. Nate has spoken at conferences and lectured at universities on non-profit arts leadership and the like. Nate is also an Eagle Scout.
