Before You Apply is a media property for job seekers in the tech world. It's what my team members and I wish existed the last time we looked for work.

In short, we create a variety of different landing pages for companies, teams, and job descriptions. These pages give outsiders an insider's look at how companies and their teams operate, solve problems, and contribute to the larger mission of their organization. They un-gate information that is traditionally held behind employment—and move it to the top of the discovery process for candidates.

With over 10,000 advertisers relying on flytedesk, it’s the default college marketing platform for brands that are winning college.

We've worked with lots of fancy companies, political campaigns, and advocacy groups like Adobe, Quizlet, Nintendo, Venmo, Headspace, Planned Parenthood, and the Bernie, Biden, Warnock, and Fetterman campaigns.

Young people form life-long brand preferences and habits in college. It’s the moment of highest lifetime customer value and lowest cost of customer acquisition.

College students are difficult to reach—most block ads online, few watch network TV, and over 80% skip ads on Snapchat and TikTok in under one second. Bottom line: You can't run the same marketing playbook on campus and hope to win.
