•	Account Management Leader Responsibilities. Manufacturing orders management for a World- Wide recognized console Games and Music Company. Lead communicator on customers’ status of new/current orders. Daily review of concerns/questions from internal and external customers.
•	Liaison officer for both external and internal customers – communication and negotiation with customer and company’s internal teams to achieve delivery dates in accordance with customer commitments and SLA lineaments.
•	Team management duties – responsible for order processing team, training, development, conflicts resolutions. Create/Review work process and instructions
•	Special projects management - with manufacturing, procurement and distribution teams all expedites and hot request. Tracking order status and inform to customer and distributions centers (DTV) for delivery appointments.
•	Scheduling/Planning activities- schedule delivery dates to customer based on factors such as: built capacity, workability, expedites, new releases, freight charges, security protocols. 
•	Coordinate periodical international distribution projects which involve order entry on CSI software provide pricing/delivery dates, commercial invoices, shipments arrangements, deliveries traceability, invoicing and other follow up activities. Back order management – responsible to communicate to internal customer’s status for each activity leading up to the completion of the order being processed. 
•	Follow-up with customer on miscellaneous activities: Review and Report Line & Unit Fill Rates, for performance metrics reports.  Communicate new releases expectations / quality requirements/ critical factors/changes / priorities. Monthly reports to provide miscellaneous charges such as Freight Cost and Variable Cost.
•	Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies with Finance/Customer.
