After working many years in law firms as a Paralegal in both commercial litigation and professional liability insurance litigation, Nathalie changed her career path from studies leading to becoming a lawyer while working as a paralegal, to franchise development with A&W Food Services of Canada. Nathalie then pursued and obtained her real estate license, her CBI and her CM&AP designations with the IBBA to specialize in business sales and started her own business in franchise consulting and business sales. Nathalie’s integrity, dedication to never stop learning, relentless determination to succeed, great attention to details and her ability to successfully manage negotiations have resulted in the sale of over 130 businesses of various types and counting, including new and existing franchises, for which she has received multiple sales awards. After 19 years of A&W sales experience, Nathalie is now the President & CEO of Chiro Foods Ltd., a restaurant company with ownership in 35 A&W restaurants. Chiro Foods is now well known in the Greater Edmonton Region for its Franchise Operating Partner Program whereby restaurant Managers wanting to become business owners have the opportunity, with the support of Chiro Foods, to not only be a restaurant Manager but also become a co-owner of the restaurant they manage.
