Great architecture is about creating balance. For me, that balance is about creating the visual identity of a property. It’s also about aligning design, use of space and budget to create maximum value now and into the future. Having spent more than two decades working on residential, commercial and heritage projects, I've developed an acute ability to create stunning properties that deliver commercial objectives. Many modern developments lack soul and that special something to spark an emotional connection with buyers. So, I challenge my team to explore creative ways to add value to a development project and produce spaces that appeal to an audience and stand the test of time as a solid investment. My background allows me to bring a unique perspective to every project. Growing up in Italy, I was surrounded by some of the world’s most impressive architecture. The appeal wasn’t simply bricks and mortar but the history and stories each building tells through its design. This inspired my decision to complete a Doctor of Architecture in Florence at Universita deli Studi di Firenze followed by post-graduate studies in heritage architecture at the specialist École de Chaillot in Paris. I’m proud to have both architectural services and interior design under one roof so that we can be across every aspect of a project.
