- Conducted about forty UX expert reviews (websites, intranet and business applications)
- Coached about thirty employees on the basics of Web ergonomics
- Developed about fifteen functional benchmarks with strategic recommendations
- Created a bilingual benchmarking tool (english/french) for all Citroën's subsidiaries
- Ensured the compliance to the Group's intranet guidelines
- Supervised the redesign of the Group's Intranet including the brand's first internal blog

- Controlled the Web ergonomics of all the commercial website's sections
- Supervised the release of 8 cars on the commercial website of 5 countries
- Supervised the editorial and visual contents of the "Mégane" and "Laguna" ranges
- Coordination between the marketing product managers and the different providers
- Contributed to the creation of a new content management system (CMS), coached the users
- Contributed to the redesign of the brand's configurator
