of paid for digital campaigns across the institution;
* Acting as a key contact point for colleagues in the University to discuss requirements and
collect detailed briefs;
* Coordinating reporting and analysis on campaigns and providing analysis to aid optimisation
and inform future activity;
* Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to help coordinate the development and delivery
of a content marketing strategy;
* Liaising with the Digital Communications Team;

Digital Marketing Executive

* Responsibility for ensuring website copy on course pages reflects the changing curriculum at
the University, and meets the legal requirements of the CMA (Competitions and Market
Authority) for the presentation of course details;
* Producing content for other student recruitment related web pages as required;
* Responsibility for ensuring that all content is optimised using latest SEO best practice, and
that it meets relevant accessibility standards;
* Developing a thorough understanding of the audiences of the website and ensuring content for the website targets these audiences effectively, working with internal
stakeholders to agree the structure and content of the site;
* Researching and writing clear and articulate web copy for audiences including prospective
students and other external audiences working within the guidelines on writing, editing and
publishing web content;
* Planning, structuring and editing existing web copy within the content management system
(Jadu);
* Regularly reviewing site analytics, looking at the detail of how content is used and taking on
board market insights to inform editorial decisions;
* Using digital good practice, market insight and analytics to propose developments for web
content and ensuring it continues to meet the expectations of users and needs of the
University;
* Being aware of both the internal and external environment the University operates in,
ensuring content is written mindful of these challenges.
