As the Commandant of the Joint Base Charleston Airman Leadership School, I oversee the Professional Military Education for over 350 personnel from various branches of the military. With 20 years of experience in logistics and systems, I am adept at identifying and solving process inefficiencies, developing training programs, and ensuring school accreditation and affiliation. I also serve as the Senior Enlisted Leader and the subject matter expert for school management and faculty enrichment and development. I am passionate about growing and developing leaders at all levels, from the ground-floor to the CEO. As a certified coach, mentor, and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and the Resilience-Building Leader Program, I use a personalized approach to help individuals and teams discover their strengths, overcome their obstacles, and achieve their goals. I also host a podcast called The Wartime Leadership Podcast, where I share insights and lessons from military and civilian leaders on how to lead effectively in times of crisis and change. My mission is to create positive and productive work environments that foster professional and personal growth.
