Having full P&L responsibility for the business unit and reporting to the Global President for Construction Equipment, with a strong focus on customer experience and retention is the top priority for growing these iconic brands with the Australian and New Zealand Markets.

As the Head of Network Development for ANZ it is my responsibility to ensure the business operates with an efficient and sustainable distribution footprint. Overseeing a network of 7 distinct brands and over 300 outlets across Australia and New Zealand, my team consists of 8 very diverse staff members that drive the growth and continuous improvement of these independent dealerships.

As the Case Brand Leader I am responsible for the achievement of the organisation's operating objectives, specifically in the areas of Case Construction Equipment. This is achieved through the management of the growing dealer network in Australia and New Zealand.

The role includes the creation and execution of a solid strategy for the Case Brand while building and developing a team of sales and support staff to ensure that the dealer network remains as agile and responsive as possible. This includes regular analysis of competitive actions and market trends to ensure that swift and effective plans are implemented to capitalise on opportunities as they are presented and defend areas of strength. 

In this role I am responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue and profit targets while growing Share of Market in all competitive product categories while also managing overheads and department expenses.

ANZ Brand Leader - Case Construction Equipment

Tractor and Machinery Association of Australia

Board Member of the Tractors & Machinery Association of Australia, representing CNH Industrial's 3 agricultural brands, New Holland, Case IH & Flexi-Coil.

The role included the development of strategy to ensure that the association was representing teh needs and requirements of the agricultural equipment supply industry and operating in the safest manner possible.

Responsible for Equipment and Parts/Service Sales in Southern NSW & ACT, the role required a holistic approach to customer support and account management. Responsible for all aspect of customer support this position required teh development of strategy for the assigned territory and ensure thatcurrent and potential ownership base in the territory was supported as efficiently as possible.

Southern Region Sales Manager

Responsible for the management of the General Construction Sales team in NSW/ACT. Responsible for the monthly sales volumes and margin targets as well as the control of expenses for the team. The role required the development of strategy to improve commercial coverage and grow market share. This position reqiured a close alignement with the marketing team and teh operations department.

Heavy Construction Equipment Sales Manager NSW/ACT

Responsible for managing 12 Product Support Representatives across NSW/ACT. Leading the team responsible for increasing aftersales support through various geneuine OEM initiatives.

Product Support Manager NSW/ACT

Customer Support Manager responsible for increasing aftersales suport for major accounts in the quarry, waste and civil markets in NSW/ACT. The role involved the direct selling of spare parts and service labour.

Accounts included Boral, Remondis, Veolia, Cleanaway, Hanson, Blue Circle, Sims Metal, Holcim among others.

Customer Support Manager - Major Accounts (Quarry & Waste)

Building Preventative Maintenance & Total Maintenance and Repair Customer Support Agreeements for owners of Caterpillar Equipment in NSW/ACT. The role involved cost contracts at various points in the equipment lifecycle with options that suited an owners applications and financial needs. 

This role involved part time in field sales of the Customer Support Agreement product in many different industries from marine, construction, quarry and mining. 

Monthly invoicing of all Customer Support Agreements and management of service work orders was also an important part of this role.

Put simply, I love to help businesses solve problems and structure processes that stop the same problems occurring again in the future. 

Eliminating wasted effort and resources from businesses is where I am happiest and most productive. Developing & Executing Strategies and Action Plans that deliver measurable results is what I'm good at. Creating marketing collateral and websites is what I like doing to break things up.

I have had many great mentors throughout my career and the common denominator that has made these people great leaders is collaboration, communication & consistency. These core values drive my business ventures and while I may not nail them every time, I strive to improve through continual review and improvement.
