OneDesk is a project born within the company Econocom. It aims to help companies in their transition to digital by offering various tools such as:
- A portal and an application to contact IS support
- A kiosk allowing the physical and fast meeting between the collaborators and the support
- A tailor-made back office for stock management, repair or transport of IT equipment

I helped launch this project through:
 - Creating a bug recipe sheet
 - Help with the creation of specifications
 - Participation in bug recipes
 - Or by bringing my point of view on OneDesk
